Beach Walks

One of the biggest advantages of living in Chennai, or certain parts of Mumbai, or anywhere close to a shore line is the fact that one can go for long walks on the beach. Few forms of exercise are as invigorating as walking briskly by the beach, caressed by the sea breeze, and enjoying the natural scenery of land and water, sky and sea.

It is undoubtedly these factors that lead to the beach being so crowded with morning and evening walkers every day of the year.
